Here are three new jailbreak tweaks to check out for your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.
LabelShift – Move The SpringBoard Labels Up
LabelShift is a simple jailbreak tweak that allows you to move the SpringBoard application icon labels further up towards the icons. The tweak adds a preference pane to the default Settings app where you can configure its options. Check out the screenshots below to see the height adjusted at 0.00 (stock), 2.49 and 5.00.
If you want to try out this tweak, it is available in the BigBoss repo on Cydia for free. It requires iOS 7.
Launch Brightness – Brightness Level For Restarts / Resprings
The Launch Brightness tweak, developed by Skumar Space, allows you to set a custom brightness level when the SpringBoard is launched. This is helpful for when you reboot or respring your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad and the brightness level is low. You can now set it to stay at a custom brightness. Configure its options from the stock Settings application.
Launch Brightness is available for free from the BigBoss repository.
ScrubAround – A Round Scrubber For Your Music
If you would like to change the stock music grabber, which is a vertical line, then you want to check out this tweak by iOS developer Ron Thakrar. ScrubAround replaces the stock music grabber with a round grabber, making it easier to grab and is more native looking. Check out the screenshots below to see this tweak in action on the Control Center and lock screen.
ScrubAround does not have any options to configure. It supports iOS 7 and works on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. It can be downloaded from Cydia via the BigBoss repo for free.
