REMINDER: iOS 8 Is Coming Today And Apple Will Stop Signing iOS 7.1.2, Update Right Now If You Want To Jailbreak

Home / REMINDER: iOS 8 Is Coming Today And Apple Will Stop Signing iOS 7.1.2, Update Right Now If You Want To Jailbreak

Just a quick heads up: When iOS 8 is released to the public today, Apple will stop signing iOS 7.1.2. This means users will no longer be able to restore their iOS device to iOS 7.1.2 through iTunes. If you have been wanting to jailbreak your iOS device, but you are running iOS 7.1 or lower, update to iOS 7.1.2 right now before it’s too late!

To jailbreak your iOS device on iOS 7.1 – iOS 7.1.2, we recommend you use the Pangu jailbreak tool. You can follow our tutorial on how to jailbreak your iOS device using Pangu by clicking here.

So, if you want to keep your iOS 7.1.2 jailbreak, DO NOT update to iOS 8! There is currently not a public jailbreak for iOS 8, and once you click that update button, you will not be able to downgrade back.

Are you going to update to iOS 8 when it’s released, or is keeping your jailbreak more important? Let us know in the comments.

Update: iOS 8 is now available to download for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
