Do you find the stock Camera app’s autofocus feature annoying? If so, a new jailbreak tweak called SwitchAutofocus by iOS developer PoomSmart could help you out. SwitchAutofocus lets you switch autofocus modes by simply double tapping with two fingers on the camera preview area on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.
There is a preference panel added to the default Settings application which allows you to enable the tweak, turn on notifications, and select a mode (system default, hide or disable).
According to the developer, SwitchAutofocus has been tested in iOS 6.1 and iOS 7.1.2. It supports iOS 5, iOS 6, iOS 7 and devices with auto-focus-camera. If you would like to give SwitchAutofocus a try, you can download it from Cydia’s default BigBoss repository for free. Be sure to let us know your thoughts on this tweak in the comments section.
